This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Scope. This policy covers the public marketing website at harrier.harpethtalent.com only. It does not cover the Harrier application (client.harpethtalent.com), which our customers access under a separate subscription agreement that governs how data in the application is handled.

Information we collect

Information you give us

If you use the contact form or email us, we collect what you choose to provide — typically your name, work email, and an optional note about your market or role — so we can respond. You can always reach us by email instead of the form.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs when your browser requests a page — your IP address, browser type (user-agent), the pages requested, timestamps, and the referring page. We use these for security, troubleshooting, and operating the site.

No tracking. This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking pixels. We do not build profiles of visitors or track you across other websites.

Third parties that may receive information

We keep third parties to a minimum. The ones involved in running this site are:

How long we keep it

We keep contact inquiries as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable business records, then delete them. Server logs are retained per our hosting provider's standard retention period.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us — email harrier@harpethtalent.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA; we honor those rights and, again, we do not sell personal information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including serving this site over encrypted HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

International visitors

We operate in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
